Defective product?
 Unfortunately, it may happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. Does it go wrong the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.

lost parcel?
In case a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new parcel before refunding and returning it. If the order has not been received 60 days after shipment, it may be refunded.
